My Purpose

I am a psychologist, author, and scholar dedicated to providing compassionate mental health services and conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments. I work with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds, integrating psychology, philosophy, and wisdom through approaches informed by psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Jungian theory.

My vision is to help individuals cultivate wisdom, emotional intelligence, and a sense of purpose. In my clinical work, I value measurable change while honoring the depth and complexity of the human psyche, often blending behavioral and psychodynamic strategies to best support those I serve.

Academic Background

In 2023, under the supervision and guidance of professors at George Mason University, I developed two original psychological assessment measures: an emotional intelligence measure and a wisdom measure. During this work, I became deeply interested in the relationship between wisdom and psychology.

The limited presence of wisdom-focused research within psychological literature further motivated my interest in advancing scholarship in this area. The findings from my wisdom measure continue to inspire my ongoing research and academic pursuits.
